How to authenticate via Composio Tool

Composio handles authentication with their own Oauth clients. This means you have to authenticate yourself via Composio with the service provider you are wishing to use.
For example to use the Composio tool to read emails from your Gmail account, you will need to:
Sign up & login to Composio.
Navigate to https://app.composio.dev/apps.
Select the app you want to connect to by searching it in the search box. For example, try searching for Gmail.
Click on the big purple Integration Setup button.
Then click on the purple button again which will allow you to connect to the OAuth service provider's authentication page.
You will be greeted with a familiar Google Auth page, click yes and you should be able to get back to the Composio page as an authenticated user.
Now head back to Composion's integration page under Apps> Integrations and click on the Open button in front of your requested app.
Find your Entity ID inside that you will need to pass to Toolhouse!
