Authentication flow for managed authentication like Pipedream

When using managed authentication, your user will see a 2-step authentication flow.

The first step will explain the user that authentication is managed by Toolhouse and the authentication provider you selected:

When the user clicks Continue, it will be presented with the regular authentication window. The user will then follow the instructions to authenticate. The authentication window will close automatically.
